Arrival & Dismissal
Arrival
- The front and back doors open at 7:15am for students. (Note that the office does not open until 7:30am for parents needing assistance). Students arriving between 7:15am-7:30am will wait in the cafeteria. Students may eat breakfast at this time.
- Students arriving between 7:30am-7:50am will report to their grade-level hallway and read quietly until 7:50 am when students enter classrooms. If eating breakfast, students go directly to the cafeteria when they arrive at school.
- Breakfast ends at 7:50am. Students arriving after 7:50 will go directly to their classroom. Please plan accordingly if your student needs to eat breakfast.
- School begins promptly at 8:00am. If your child is not in their classroom at 8:00am, they are considered tardy.
- Students arriving after 8:00am should be accompanied by a parent to the office to be signed in for the day.
Dismissal
- Dismissal begins at 3:07pm. All parents are expected to pick up their students at this time.
- If you are unable to pick up your child by 3:07pm, please make arrangements for someone on your emergency contact list to be here when school is out for the day.
- Car riders will be dismissed from the front entrance. All cars must display the proper pick-up tag with the student’s dismissal number on it. Only the tags provided from Frazier will be accepted.
- Walkers will be dismissed from the North side or from the back of the building, depending on which direction the parent has specified.
- Any changes to the student’s dismissal for the day must be indicated on the Change of Dismissal form. Please do not email teachers about same day changes. They are teaching during the school day and may not see your email in time.
