The MHS Clinic has 3 staff members. Angela Hageman, Shannon Hershberger, and Klarissa Vigil. We all love working with our students here at MHS.
Beginning of Year Information:
Your child must have current/updated immunization record in the clinic by the start of school as required by state law. If you are unsure, please communicate with the clinic.
Your child should have had a Tdap, Meningitis, Hepatitis A #1  vaccinations as well as their early childhood vaccinations.

IMMUNIZATIONS:
Your child must be up to date on all their immunizations prior to registration for school in the fall. If you are unsure if your child is up to date, contact their pediatrician or you can contact us. When we are able, we will get back with you.

If your child has a Conscientious Exemption, please get this updated over the summer or be very aware as to when it is due.

**Proof of current immunizations must be on file in the school office. Immunization must be updated for your child to continue attending school in Texas.**
