Senior Video Photo Submission Guidelines

Congratulations! Your senior year will be full of fun, exciting events and we want to help you plan for these memorable moments. Below you will find a list of guidelines for submitting 2 personal photos to be included in the senior video that is played at graduation.  McKinney Boyd High School student council creates a Senior Video each year for families that will be played to close out the graduation ceremony.  This is not a requirement; submitting the 2 photos is completely optional.

GENERAL SUBMISSION INFORMATION

If you would like your senior be a part of the slideshow (it is optional), please submit TWO pictures adhering to the following guidelines:

ONE picture of your student as a CHILD (newborn – 5th grade)
AND
ONE picture of your student as a SENIOR (this year)

Please include pictures with your child only; we do not allow pictures with siblings/friends in the photograph.

Please submit the 2 photographs to [email protected]

***You will receive a confirmation email from Student Council after submitting. If you do not, please reach out to Student Council Staff sponsor, Maggie Steines at [email protected]

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Before submitting, please save the photo as your student’s LAST name followed by a space and FIRST name (it helps the staff to keep track of who has submitted and is easier to sort and crosscheck lists if saved and submitted in this manner-over 1200 photos will be submitted).

Examples of “How to Save Photographs” can be found below:

LAST NAME (space) FIRST (1 or 2)
