Student Registration
McKinney ISD requires that all students complete registration paperwork annually. As we have done for the last couple of years, the required student forms (Pupil Registration Form, Health History Form, McKinney ISD Student Residency Questionnaire, MISD Family Survey to Identify Migrant Students, Release of Student Directory Information) are all to be submitted online. For the 2020-2021 school year, MISD has elected to use the Home Access Center (HAC) for this process. Beginning on August 4, 2020 through September 1, 2020, these forms will be made available on the HAC. Login and password information is case-sensitive. An email with directions will go out to all MISD parents. Please make sure you have completed this online paperwork prior to attending the Lion’s Pride Camp(s) on August 21nd. At the camps, MHS staff will confirm receipt of the registration paperwork and collect a Proof of Residency document from each student. This allows parents to complete these forms online then print and submit the paper forms to MHS. We do still require a Proof of Residency:

- Copy of a July 2020 utility bill (gas, electric or water) with parent/guardian name & address.
- Current contract or lease agreement on residence.
- A mobile phone bill or TX Driver’s License MAY NOT serve as proof of residency.
