West Texan. Red Raider. Book lover. Coffee addict. Lifelong learner. Kind of funny. That's me in a nutshell. I began my teaching career in 2002 and made my way to McKinney High in the fall of 2007. During my time at MHS, I have taught English I, English II, PreAP English II, English III, AP Language and AVID. I became the English Instructional Coach in 2014. I love that each day in education brings a different challenge - and despite the challenges that come up, the success stories are so worth it. I absolutely love being a McKinney High Lion.
