Follett eBook

One option we have for eBooks is through the Follett eBooks.  These can be accessed through our Minshew Library catalogue.

You will need to login to SSO.

Select the MISD Library.

Login.

Enter your user name:  Students: (s + 6-digit student i.d.)

Password:  Students (student know their password)

To check out books:

1.    After logging into our school library page, search for a book or browse through the ebooks section.

2.    Tap the cover of any eBook, and click the Check Out button.  Once you check out the book, the “Check out” button will change to the “Read Now” button.

3.    To read an eBook online, tap the cover thumbnail image, or on the title.

4.    To Download your eBook for offline use, tap the download button to the right of the title.  (Note that not all titles are available for download.)

5.    It will automatically be returned at the end of the loan period or when you are finished, please return book so you are able to check out additional books and others have access.

Sora gives students and staff access to both eBooks and audio books.

This is how our students will log in:

Sign into McKinney ISD

*      User Name:  s(student ID number)

*       Password:  (students have their password-it is how they login to SSO)
