My name is Michelle Burch amd I am the campus secretary at Finch Elementary. I was born and raised in McKinney and have one son,two step-children, five grandchildren and of course, my sweet dog, Ripley. Being orginally from McKinney, I am a Finch(South Ward),Caldwell(Middle School),Slaughter(Junior High) and McKinney High(Faubion) Alumni. My step-son and son both attended McKinney North High School and my step-daughter attended McKinney High School. I began my career with McKinney ISD in 2003. I worked in Special Education for 15 years and then became the Campus Secretary at Finch Elementary in 2017. I absolutely love working with the children and the staff. There are so many new and exciting things being taught each and every day. "Once a Falcon, always a Falcon"
