Hello! My name is Samantha Phan. This will be my third year at Webb Elementary and my first year in Second Grade. I moved to Texas in 2008 from San Diego, CA with my parents and siblings. I'm happy to call Texas home. I really enjoy spending time with my dog, Luna and my family. I love being outdoors and traveling around the world.
