Hi, Mavericks! My name is Melanie Henry and I teach Reading, Writing and Social Studies. I am so excited for another amazing year at McGowen! I graduated from Saint Vincent College in Latrobe, PA with a Bachelors of Science in Early Childhood Education. I have been teaching since 2015 and have had the pleasure of teaching 1st, 2nd and 3rd grade. I joined the McGowen family in 2017. I have a son named Beau and a dog named Luna. Get ready to have a fun filled year!
