My name is Jen Dickinson. I graduated from Western Michigan University with a Bachelor of Science in Education with minors in Elementary Education, Mathematics & Science, and English. I began my teaching career in Clemont, Florida as a second-grade teacher. In 2005, I joined the McKinney ISD family as a third-grade teacher at Minshew Elementary. In 2007, I jumped at the opportunity to open McGowen Elementary. Throughout my years at McGowen, I have taught third, fourth, and fifth grades. It is an honor to be part of such a wonderful community! I am passionate about helping all students see their greatest potential in math, science, & social studies; and I love seeing their confidence grow as they continue to become life-long learners!
