I am originally from Southwest Louisiana. My husband and I met in college and moved to the area soon after graduation. We have truly loved living in McKinney for the past 12 years, and our son Corbin will be in the fourth grade this year here at McGowen! We love spending time as a family camping and exploring the outdoors.

I started teaching Pre-K at Primrose Schools during the time I earned my certification. I went on to teach Kindergarten there another year. This is my fourth year with McKinney ISD, and I am so excited to be a part of the McGowen Elementary Family for the third year!
