We are growing a storybook pumpkin patch, and we need your help! Decorate a pumpkin to look like one of your

favorite book characters, and bring it to school to plant in our Pumpkin Patch!

No Carved or Cut Pumpkins!

•Think of your favorite book and design your pumpkin based on your favorite character from that book.

•Real Pumpkins may not be carved or cut into (pumpkins will not be allowed in the school that are carved or cut)

•Pumpkins that are to be judged must be dropped off and entered into the contest by October 29, 2019 8:30 a.m.

•Pumpkins must be taken home by November 1 at 3:30p.m. (any pumpkins not taken home will be discarded)

•Fill in the blanks on the back of this page and turn in with your pumpkin.

Participation is completely voluntary. This is not required.
