Two ways to order portraits….

 1. Attached you will find an order form, please print and fill out the order form and return with payment to the photographer on picture day. School Portrait Order Form

 2. To order online by credit card, please go to https://schoolpix.ephotohost.biz/. When prompted, enter Malvern’s School Code 1819-0028. A confirmation email will be sent confirming your order has been received. No further action is required.
