Hi there! My name is Kathy Haggerty and this is my second year to be on the 5th-grade team here at Bennett Elementary teaching Math and Science! I am a Texan, but moved out to Southern California to attend college where I lived and taught for 17 years prior to moving back to Texas. I graduated with my Bachelor’s Degree/Teaching Credential and my Master’s Degree in Curriculum & Instruction from California State University Fullerton. I LOVE what I do and can't imagine doing anything else. I am looking forward to another AWESOME year here at Bennett and can’t wait to make this a fun, educational, and memorable school year! Nothing like being blessed to be at the BEST school in McKinney!! GO BEARS!!
