Hello! My name is Emily Peek and I am SO excited to teach First Grade at Bennett Elementary! I graduated from Baylor University in 2006 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary Education. In 2008 I obtained an additional ESL certification. My previous teaching experience includes Pre-K, Kindergarten, 3rd grade, and Early Literacy Instructional Specialist. My husband is the Head Boys Soccer Coach at McKinney Boyd and together we have 3 beautiful girls- Baylor, Mylea Lou, and Lily. If we are not at school, you will most likely find us at a soccer field! I LOVE teaching and look forward to an amazing year of learning and growth!
