Marina Byrd is the Assistant Principal at J.W. Webb Elementary. Mrs. Byrd started her educational career in Dallas ISD in 1993 and moved to McKinney in 2001. She has taught Kindergarten, First grade, and has been an Instructional Coach. Marina was a part of Finch Elementary, Malvern Elementary, and Slaughter Elementary, prior to coming to Webb. Marina's husband taught at Webb and her daughter attended Kindergarten at Webb. Her husband, Doug, currently teaches History and Geography in Farmersville ISD. Her daughter, Natalie, and her son-in-law, Ethan, reside in Utah where Natalie works for a Real Estate firm as the Public Relations Assistant and Ethan attends UVU. Her son, Benjamin, will be a Senior this year at Boyd High School.
