Single Sign-on

In an effort to reduce the number of passwords that students and parents have to remember, McKinney ISD is in the process of implementing single sign-on (SSO) for as many district applications and digital resources as possible.

To access the single sign-on page, visit sso.mckinneyisd.net. This page and the digital resources connected can be accessed anywhere with an Internet connection.

Students’ usernames will be given to them in class.  Students in grades K-2 will be told their passwords by their teachers.  Students in grades 3-5 will create their own passwords at school with guidance from their teacher.

You can verify that this is a valid login page for McKinney ISD by the URL of https://sso.mckinneyisd.net in the address bar. RapidIdentity (logo at the bottom of the page) is the software product being used for integrating with apps that support SSO.

More information about parent access will be shared when it becomes available.
