Attendance Policy:

  • CALL:  In the event of an absence, please call the school office at 469-302-6100
  • NOTE:  The day following an absence, the student should present a note from the parent or a physician to the attendance secretary in the front office.
  • TARDIES:  A student is tardy after 8:00 a.m.  The student should report to the front office for an admittance slip to class.

Slaughter was built in 1974 and named after Earl H. Slaughter who was a principal and business manager in MISD.
