About

I graduated from Iowa State University with a psychology degree many moons ago and in 2020 I completed my alternative certification to be a teacher. I have experience teaching 2nd grade. I joined the McGowen staff in 2022 as a 1st grade teacher. I am passionate about working with young learners and helping them to grow and thrive during my time as their teacher.
